1 Eligibility & Account Registration

2 User Account Management

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction. Deposits are typically processed within seconds. Withdrawals to digital wallets are processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers take 1–3 hours depending on the receiving bank.

Withdrawals on accounts that have used bonuses are subject to the applicable rollover requirements. • Rollover (Wagering Requirement): The first deposit bonus (100%) carries an 8x rollover requirement. This means that if you receive a RM 100 bonus, you must wager a total of RM 800 (not RM 800 of your own money — this figure is calculated from all wagers including bonus funds) before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses carry a specified validity period. Any bonus not used within the stipulated timeframe will expire automatically.
• Bonus Bet Limit: When wagering with bonus balance, a maximum bet limit per match applies to prevent abuse.

5 Betting & Match Rules

• Bet Finality: Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, except under technical circumstances outlined in our policy.
• Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed by more than 24 hours from its originally scheduled time, or cancelled entirely, all related bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded to the user's account. Matches that resume within 24 hours will be settled based on the final result of that match.
• Odds Error: In the event of a technical error that results in clearly incorrect odds (for example, odds of 100.00 for a near-certain winner), Bayern 888 reserves the right to void the bet in question and refund the stake to the user.
• Maximum Bet Limit: Each market and sports category has a maximum bet limit per match. This limit is automatically displayed in the betslip when you place a bet.
• Parlay Betting: If one leg of a parlay bet is voided (due to a postponed or cancelled match), the parlay will be recalculated excluding the voided leg, with the odds adjusted accordingly.

For in-play (live betting) wagers, Bayern 888 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a market during significant in-match events (such as goals, red cards, or serious injuries) to update the odds. Bets placed before the suspension remain valid.

6 Accepted User Conduct

8 bayern 888 Liability Limits

9 Account Termination & Suspension
